Founded in 1978, the Oak Ridge Rowing Association is a 501(c)3 non-profit with a mission of promoting the sport of rowing in Oak Ridge and East Tennessee. Atomic Rowing is the name of our Junior and Adult Coached Programs. Oak Ridge Rowing Association (ORRA) is the club and venue which oversees all regatta, spring training, and boathouse operations.
